Terms & refunds
These terms cover the use of PrintBoss Costing (“the app”) from PrintBoss (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
1. The free version and the license
The app can be downloaded and used for free with a limit of 3 products. A paid license removes that limit. A license is a one-time payment, with no subscription, for one buyer and their own business.
- One license works on up to 2 PCs. Tell us if you need to move it to another computer.
- Do not share, resell or publish your license key or activation codes.
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or try to bypass the license.
2. Payment and delivery
We accept GCash, Maya or bank transfer. GCash payments go to Jen Carlo Maglaque at 0975 813 1700, the number shown on our website; please check that the name shown in GCash matches before you confirm. We send your license key as soon as we confirm your payment. If your PC has no internet, we can issue an activation code instead.
3. Refunds
If the app does not work for you and we cannot fix the problem, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment by messaging Jen Carlo Maglaque at 0975 813 1700 or emailing appprintboss@gmail.com. We refund the same way you paid. A refunded license is deactivated, and the app returns to the free version the next time it connects to the internet. Your saved products stay on your computer.
4. Your data
Your products and prices are stored only on your computer. You are responsible for keeping copies. The app makes automatic backups on your PC, but a lost or damaged computer can still lose data. See our privacy notice for the little information that is involved in licensing.
5. Your pricing decisions
The app calculates from the numbers you enter. Prices, costs and margins are only as accurate as those numbers. You are responsible for the prices you charge your customers.
6. Updates and support
We may release new versions. The app can tell you when one is available and install it when you click, or you can download it from this website. We do not promise particular features or a release schedule. For help, call or text Jen Carlo Maglaque at 0975 813 1700, or email appprintboss@gmail.com.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
